What is your refund policy?

We put a lot of efforts into production of the design that you order. As each item is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds.

However, if there is an issue with your order, such as an incorrect shipment, missing item, or defect, we will give you a replacement at our expense. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are dedicated to ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

Can I make an Exchange?

Yes you can make a size exchange.

To initiate an exchange please drop us an E-mail at customercare@houseoftiraz.com with the subject Size Exchange: Order No.

Customized, used, and mishandled products are not eligible for exchange/return. Keep all tags & packaging intact.

House Of Tiraz must be notified within 2 days of receipt of clothes about your intent to exchange. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.

House Of Tiraz team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

What is the exchange policy for items on sale?

Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition in which case we will send you a replacement of the same product.

In the event of non-availability of the product, we will issue you store credits.

Incorrect/missing items

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation Email containing order ID. You can track your orders from our website using order ID.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

For all domestic orders (within India): taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.

For international orders: Any import duties and taxes, if charged, when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.
